Abram chases them away, a seemingly small act that holds deep spiritual significance. Just as Abram had to protect God's covenant, we too must guard our faith against distractions and doubts that seek to undermine God's promises. Drawing from The Lion King, the sermon explores how shame and fear, like Scar’s lies to Simba, can push us away from God’s call. But just as Abram stood firm, we are called to trust in God’s faithfulness, knowing that His promises endure beyond our present struggles.
